Count what plays at the same time
A television and phone both playing need two connections. A player installed on five devices but used on only one at a time needs one active stream allowance. Installation count and simultaneous connection count are not interchangeable.
Watch for streams left running
A minimised app, a second television or a player left on a live channel can remain active. Stop playback before moving to another screen on a one-connection plan. If access still reports a limit, close the app fully and contact support with the timing.
Read the selected total
The pricing selector updates one-, three-, six- and twelve-month totals for the screen count you choose. Prices are for the complete selected duration in USD. Use the full matrix to compare options side by side rather than multiplying the one-screen price yourself.
Plan a change with support
If you need more screens or a different location arrangement, confirm the account rules and available upgrade path first. Do not share credentials publicly or treat extra connections as permission to resell access.
