Get the correct installation first
Tell us your device model and operating system in your trial or support request. We provide the appropriate installation path after checking compatibility. There is no universal installer that runs on every television, phone and computer.
An integrated VPN where supported
The VPN option works inside our supported player. It is not a system-wide VPN subscription and should not be assumed to cover other apps. Connection quality can differ by route; compare playback with the recommended settings and ask support before making repeated changes.
Already have a player?
Choose “I already have a player” in the trial form and tell us its name. We can check the login format it accepts. Keep your credentials private and enter the server address exactly as supplied, including its protocol and port if present.
