Count active streams, not installed apps
One connection is one stream playing at a time. Two connections allow two simultaneous streams, up to the allowance you purchase. An app left playing on a phone may still use a connection while the television starts.
Choose from one to five screens
Use the screen selector on the pricing page to update all four subscription durations together. Each card shows the total for that combination. You can also read the complete matrix without changing any controls.
Moving between devices
Stop playback on the first device before starting another if you have a one-screen plan. Fully closing an app can help if it keeps streaming in the background. Ask support if a stale session appears to remain active.
Ask before changing the way you use the plan
A screen allowance is not a resale licence. If you intend to use separate locations, replace devices or increase your connections, explain the setup to support first so the account and server rules can be checked.
