Choose a player for your operating system
Our player is available on supported Windows systems. macOS normally needs a compatible alternative. Tell support your OS version and the app you plan to use; a Windows installer is not compatible with a Mac simply because both are computers.
Keep the installation trustworthy
Use the recommended app source and current instructions. Verify the filename and platform before running an installer. Do not disable your computer’s security protections to force an unknown package to run.
Check playback and output
Enter the supplied credentials, then play a live channel and a library item. If using HDMI to a television, confirm the selected audio output and display mode. A silent HDMI output is different from an unavailable audio track in the source.
Use the computer as a comparison
If the TV buffers, a short test on the computer can help isolate the problem. Keep the same network and test the same source, while respecting your simultaneous-screen limit. Report whether the difference follows the device or the channel.
