Access and permitted use
Access is supplied for the agreed duration and simultaneous-connection allowance. Keep credentials private and do not resell or redistribute access without separate authorisation. Use the service only where lawful and in accordance with the rights applicable to the content you access.
Trials and compatibility
Submitting a trial request does not activate access. Requests remain pending until reviewed, and the duration, server and access details are confirmed separately. You are responsible for a suitable internet connection and compatible hardware. Ask for help if your player or device is uncertain.
Orders and availability
Review the duration, connection count, currency and final amount in checkout before paying. Catalogue entries, channels, guides, catch-up and resolution can vary by source, region and server. No specific title, event or uninterrupted uptime is guaranteed by a catalogue count.
