Match the player to the platform
Fire TV and Android-based devices offer a different app selection from Samsung Tizen, LG webOS or Apple devices. A television being “smart” does not mean it runs Android. Check the operating system and model before downloading anything.
Our player on supported platforms
Compatible Android phones, Android/Google TV, Fire TV, Nvidia Shield, Formuler and Windows devices can use our player where supported. It includes an integrated VPN option. Installation instructions are supplied for your platform after compatibility is confirmed.
Other platforms remain welcome
Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, macOS and many Smart TVs require a compatible third-party player. Some apps charge their own licence fee, separate from the IPTV subscription. Ask us for a suitable option before paying for an app.
Portal devices need different details
MAG devices may require a portal address and the MAC shown in their portal settings. Do not enter an unrelated Wi-Fi MAC or guess a portal URL. Formuler devices can support app-based or portal-based setups depending on model.
