Check the device before installing
Open the Fire TV device information and note the model and software version. Install available system updates and check free storage. Tell support you are using Fire TV rather than a generic Smart TV; the correct installation path can differ from the television’s built-in app store.
Use the supplied player instructions
Request our player for a supported model or ask which app to use. Follow the installation link supplied for your own request. Do not use a random Downloader code or an old APK from a similarly named website. If a permission is requested, check that it matches the installation instructions.
Enter and verify your access
Type the server URL, username and password exactly as supplied. Preserve any protocol or port and avoid a trailing space. Let the first channel and guide sync finish, then open one live channel and one on-demand item. Test pause, back and channel selection with the remote.
If playback stops
Close unused streams and restart the player before reinstalling. Move the stick away from a congested Wi-Fi position or try a compatible wired adapter. If the app closes or the whole device freezes, report that separately from a channel that buffers.
