Identify your device and connection method
MAG devices often use portal access, while Formuler models may support portal or app-based viewing. Share the full model name and the app or portal screen you are using. Do not assume instructions for one family fit every model.
Use the MAC shown by the portal
When a MAC is required, use the identifier displayed in the relevant portal or player settings. It may differ from the Wi-Fi hardware address. The trial form accepts the portal MAC for devices that require it; check every character before sending.
Enter only your confirmed portal address
Support will provide the address appropriate to your account and chosen server. Keep protocol, port and path intact. Reboot the portal interface if instructed and allow initial loading to complete before repeatedly editing the configuration.
Report a portal error precisely
Describe whether the portal fails to open, loads without channels or shows an authorisation message. Include the device model and request reference. Avoid posting the MAC or account details publicly.
